Knowledge of computer, internet connectivity and application performance is required.
Expert problem solver. Finding simple answers to complex questions or problems.
Provide "how to" support on using various internal/external applications.
Familiarity with MicroSoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel.
Curiosity to learn about new technologies and approaches.
